  • No.2 Vance offers competitive fixed rates ranging from $950 to $2500 per event. The rates include all amenities and full venue access from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

    Add an overnight stay in our private Bridal Suite for an additional $500, ideal for getting-ready photos, relaxing before your event, or ending the night onsite.

    Most weekends book early, so we recommend reaching out to secure your preferred date.

    Secure your date with a non-refundable deposit equal to half the rental rate, and the remaining balance is due a week before your event.
